The front desk staff were especially friendly and always willing to help with travel questions, and Ms. Yuka Fujii deserves a special thank you. The facilities were excellent, and breakfast had an impressive range of tasty options. With a shopping center nearby, the location was very convenient. I had a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

We're here on a business trip, and the room size is our main reason for choosing Bestland. They're bigger than standard rooms in Japan, and after trying other hotels in the area, this is our favorite so far. Breakfast has less variety than at some other places, but we care more about the rooms.

I've stayed here several times and have always been pleased. The hotel is just steps from the train station and within walking distance of iias mall, yet it's completely quiet inside despite being next to the train. Rooms are clean and a good size, and the bathrooms are especially clean. The customer service team speaks English well and brings requested items to the room. I also enjoyed the public bath, and breakfast is very good, with plenty of food for a good price. Looking forward to staying again.

The hotel is right in front of the station, with a shopping mall about a five-minute walk away. Parking behind the hotel is free. I paid 12,000¥ with breakfast on a holiday weekend, which seemed OK. Service was good, and they let me check in around 13:30 even though check-in time was 14:00. The hotel restaurants were good quality, and the modern, clean public bath on the second floor is also open for day use to non-guests.

The location is excellent, with public transport easy to get to, and the hotel is clean with top-notch service. There are lots of amenities, including a hot bath. A strong choice for a short or long vacation.
