Hotel New Gaea Ube is a convenient, comfortable option for a short stay. The rooms are simple and kept in good shape, and it's clean and quiet. Check-in went smoothly, the staff were polite, and transport and shops are nearby.

I loved the hotel and my room. I had booked a week but needed to check out early because my flight changed. The staff kept bringing me clean towels, which I really appreciated. It's about 10 minutes from Ubeshinkawa station and closer to places to eat.

A standard business hotel, with comfortable enough rooms. The corner rooms have a bit more space, and the non-smoking rooms don't have that stale cigarette smell. Staff were nice.

The bed was a little too firm for me, but the room was clean, quaint, and cozy in Japanese style. I'd consider staying here if I needed an overnight stop.

Everything was clean and straightforward. The TV was on the same side of the room as the headboard, the WiFi was a bit glitchy, and the shower head sat at a weird angle. I would've liked more water pressure too.
