Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay

The breakfast barely changed across the three nights I was there. The hotel is more than 10 minutes from Tokyo Disneyland, but the shuttle helps: it runs from 6:40 a.m. until the return trip at 9:25 p.m., and buses come at regular intervals. The room had fairly large beds and a small surprise you could redeem for a snack at the counter. There’s a convenience store next door, so it’s easy to get food, snacks, or drinks.

The puzzle theme is fun and appealing for children, and the hotel is nicely placed for a visit to Disney Sea and Land. They offer free drop-off and pickup at the parks. The breakfast themes are nice, and the special sections and cutlery for kids, along with the chocolate fountain, are a particular attraction.

I won’t stay here again. The hotel itself is nice for the cost, but the service was terrible and the staff didn’t seem to care about helping. They laughed among themselves at foreign guests, apparently not realizing I speak Japanese and could hear their comments. We also couldn’t arrange delivery and pickup for bags or food through the hotel. We needed to send our bags to the next hotel, but they wouldn’t allow it, even though there’s a “Parcel delivery service” at the front desk. When our Uber Eats arrived, they sent the food back.

The complimentary shuttle goes to both parks, and breakfast was pretty decent. The rooms were nice for getting a good night’s sleep before a long day at Disney.
