A simple, welcoming place with cooperative staff and room service that was right on time. Our manager Bijen Kurk took the time to help us explore the area, and I'll always remember him 😊💫 It's a pleasant spot for Nepali, Indian, and other South Asian residents visiting Utsunomiya. It's right on the road, across from a zebra crossing, and there's a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommend it.

The rooms are big, but the hotel is mostly smoking, including the smoking area, so keep that in mind. It's fine for a budget trip where you just need somewhere to sleep and head out. There's a Japanese breakfast buffet, but don't expect too much from it. The men have an ofuro or onsen-style bath. It's a little far from the station, though the bus ride takes nine minutes. There's also a large mall with almost everything you might need. I wouldn't recommend it for kids. All in all, it's okay for a friendly-budget stay.

I asked for a non-smoking room and was given a smoking one. The service was awful. I won't come back.
