The staff were really nice, and the parking lot next door was convenient at 1,000 yen. But the room had lots of marks on the wall and felt dusty all over, which made it uncomfortable for me.

I booked for two people for Sunday, September 7, 2025, and arrived tired to find no drinking water, just one bath towel, and no toothbrush. This was a terrible hotel. 8,500 yen is a lot of money!

The bed made for a great night's sleep, and the room was clean and well kept. It was a bit more spacious than some nearby hotels, too. Staff were friendly, and the restaurant inside the hotel had a good breakfast selection. Utsunomiya station and nearby places to eat are both within a five-minute walk.

Even right beside JR utsunomiya station, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The rooms are spacious, and the receptionist was very helpful.

For a budget hotel, it was a pleasant place to stay, with clean, modern rooms and helpful, polite staff. The Western breakfast wasn't what I'd hoped for. Maybe trading the breakfast ticket for cake would be the better choice.
