I only stopped by by chance, but the owner was so warm and kind. You can pitch a tent outside to camp, and they also offer guests paragliding experiences. The inn sits among the mountains of Hachibuse, surrounded by nature. Go and see the rest for yourself!

The night sky was unforgettable. We looked up in the middle of the night and were speechless at all the stars. It was a short, lovely experience we couldn’t get in the city. We came because the lodging offered paragliding, and the owner, who’s also an instructor, gave us kind instruction. The host had asked us to leave everything but drinks and hats in the car, so we did. Then our child got a scrape, and we had to go back for our things, including valuables, tissues, and bandages. The barbecue was delicious, and the place was clean. The bath was a little lukewarm. At night, bees near the second-floor restroom meant we couldn’t use it and had to go to the first-floor one. The second-floor vending machine was unplugged, so we used the first-floor machine instead. Thank you very much.

The campsite was roomy and great for camping. The ground was so soft we could sleep without a mat, and having a bath there made the stay comfortable. It was colder than we expected, so bring warm clothes!

For paragliding, I ran down the slope and took off on my own. The instructor was very kind and thorough, climbing up and down again and again to help me.
