Dinner and breakfast were the worst I’ve ever had. The food tasted bad and was overpriced. I cancelled dinner for the final day one day ahead, but at checkout they still said I had to pay for it. Nobody had told me I would be charged when I asked to cancel. There was also some unknown dirty stuff floating in the bath water. It was unpleasant and disgusting. I was disappointed with the stay.

Dinner was delicious, and they were very accommodating from booking through check-in, helping us talk through different options beforehand. They also helped us a lot when we were leaving, though I won’t get into the details since it probably depends on the situation. We’d definitely like to stay again. We used the hotel for winter sports. They don’t sell snacks at night, so if you want alcohol, it’s best to buy some at the nearby hotel shop or bring it with you.
