The staff made the five-night Christmas-season stay especially memorable. From check-in through checkout, everyone was welcoming, professional, and attentive. I had several questions for the front desk about recommendations, directions, and forwarding luggage to our next hotel, and they handled everything efficiently and with care. Special thanks to Ayana Otsuka, Kana Inoue, Youka Ichinose, Kizaki Riho, Setia Deni Sopian, Yuta Suda, Kobori Ryunosuke, Otake Ayumi, Santoswakoh Ruka, and Assistant GM Hirobumi Kanno. We were a family of four visiting Yokohama for the first time, and as Hyatt Globalist members we enjoyed the benefits, including access to the Regency Club. Our Regency Club room was quiet, spacious, and spotless, with very comfortable beds. A welcome amenity and personalized note were waiting when we entered after check-in, a thoughtful touch. Everything went smoothly. The hotel was in excellent condition, the room was clean, and everything worked. Food and drinks, including breakfast, were excellent. The Regency Club breakfast had a nice mix of Japanese and Western dishes, and there was always seating. We were extremely satisfied with the stay, which exceeded what we expected, and would 100% return.

The staff were excellent, and every interaction felt professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. I'd definitely stay again. As a Hyatt Globalist, I got a room upgrade and loved the luxurious feel, especially lounging on the daybed and taking in the views. I could see Tokyo Bay, the retired ocean liner at Yamashita Park, and a tower with lights that changed colors at night. The ornate Japanese folding screen behind the bed looked beautiful with its backlight. The Club Room access was better than I'd expected. Cocktail hour included food, so I could skip the cost of dinner, and I especially liked the signature cocktail Port 48, made with sake, cassis, and green tea. Breakfast had plenty of tasty Japanese and Western options. The coffee pod machine was squeaky clean, which matters since I usually avoid hotel machines because they're rarely cleaned properly. It even had a green tea setting with a lower temperature. I used the large soaking tub and the provided bath salts both nights. Subway access was very convenient. Nippon Odori station, exit gate 4, is attached to the Citadines property one block away.

Every worker at this hotel was top tier. Kai was the first person I met, and he was so helpful. He gave us maps and pointed out a few hot spots, then got me and my girls headed to Chinatown that night. We had three full beds, but the room somehow didn't feel cramped. Go to the bar for tea time, the nighttime ambience there is so relaxing. I've recommended the place to lots of people visiting. The location is perfect for getting around. The Haneda airport bus stops just two blocks away, the train station is up the street, Chinatown is down the street, and Lawson is right across the street. You're also right by the water with beautiful views. I appreciate everyone who made our stay the best.

This was my second visit, and it was wonderful again, just like the first time. The front desk staff are so nice and the customer service is outstanding. I enjoy the spacious rooms, and the breakfast buffet has lots of variety. We'll be back. Such a pleasure, thank you!

The location is good, and among all the Hyatt hotels I've stayed at, the service here is one of a kind. I want to thank Kai Jolleys and Nagayasu Misaki sincerely for their kindness and support. I don't speak Japanese, but they called multiple locations for me and carefully checked detailed information about my lost camera. They were patient, thorough, and clearly committed to helping. The camera wasn't worth much financially, but it held many precious photos that mean a lot to me. They treated the matter with real care and sincerity, and thanks to their efforts I recovered something truly meaningful. I'm deeply grateful for their generosity and kindness.
