The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean with a little more space than the usual hotel room. There was even room for a small sofa and a pantry, which was a nice touch. Getting around was easy: two train stations are under a 10-minute walk away, Chinatown and a halal Indonesian restaurant are about 10 minutes on foot, and Red Brick is around 1.5 km away.

The room was clean, roomy, and quiet, with firm beds. It’s near a Metro station and convenience stores including FamilyMart, Lawson, and 7-11. I’d choose this hotel brand again.

We’ve stayed here for 32 days in total, and my experience with the July 12, 2025 checkout was frustrating. I was out of the room before 11:30 a.m., but because I returned the keys, I was charged. There’s a 30-minute grace period, and I’d gone for ice and then took my time in the hallway getting downstairs because I had my child and a lot to carry. Apparently, I could have kept the keys and been fine. The man working that day, whom I didn’t recognize, wasn’t very understanding. After being charged for the extra hour, I asked for my keys back, but he handed me someone else’s keys.

It’s a seven-minute walk from the station, and Minato Mirai and China town are also within walking distance. The room was spacious enough compared with others.
