I travel to Japan regularly for business, mostly in Yokohama and Tōkyō. I first stayed at Fuji View Shin Yokohama a little over a month ago and was impressed by how easy booking and check-in were, as well as the convenience, comfort, and price. It felt like excellent value, so I brought my family here for a vacation this June. My parents are in their 70s, and it was very easy for them to get around. Shin Yokohama Station, with subway, train, and bullet train services, is right across the road. The Blue Line to Yokohama Station is convenient, as are the Tokyu Shin Yokohama Line into Shinagawa and the Shinkansen to Osaka or Kyōto. There are also lots of dining options and convenience stores nearby. I needed to extend my stay by two nights, and the accommodating staff made rearranging the reservations easy. They're kind, and I'm glad the hotel has laundry facilities. Great location, helpful staff, and excellent value.

Shin-Yokohama station is a five-minute walk away, so the location is perfect. The rooms have a microwave, mini fridge, and washer-dryer combo. Keep your expectations realistic and you'll have a great time here.

I heard the night manager scold a foreign guest through my door while she was on a conference call. She'd ordered Uber eats to her room, but he told her in plain English that it wasn't his problem, in front of other guests, then walked away. He was extremely rude to her. Maybe the staff need to be friendlier. And if guests aren't allowed to have anyone else in their rooms, why were business men bringing prostitutes up to theirs while this woman couldn't even get food delivered to her door?

I stayed in a sort of service apartment with a kitchen, oven, washing machine, small fridge, and Wi-Fi. They cleaned twice a week and changed the towels every day. There was breakfast and a restaurant, and I also paid for laundry and spa. It's very close to SHIN-YOKOHAMA station, with the Blue subway line, JR line, and Shinkansen available.

A nice, cheap stay. I paid for a single but was put in a double room. The 5ghz Wi-Fi was fast, though the LAN ports in the room don't work, so keep that in mind. There's an onsen on b1f.
