The hotel is right by shin-hokoyama station, which made getting around easy. The room was clean overall, though the carpet seemed old and the bathroom was a little small. The TV and fridge stand in the middle, so the layout leaves less usable space than the room's size suggests. They don't provide bottled water each day, but that's no big deal since we could buy water and other daily items at the market downstairs. For a three-star value hotel, it was pretty much what you'd expect.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay comfortable. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the rooms felt cozy and well equipped. It's also very well located for getting to nearby attractions and transport. I had a very enjoyable stay, with the cleanliness, comfort, location, and service all making it an easy recommendation.

The hotel feels a little dated, but the staff are excellent. It's right by the train station and bus loop, with plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. Coming from the airport, you can take an airport bus directly to the bus loop for 1000 yen.

Our non-smoking room smelled bad when we arrived, but the staff quickly offered us another room. The hotel is a bit older and the equipment shows signs of use, yet I still loved it. The location beside ShinYokohama station is perfect, parking is free, and I really liked the Tatami room.

It was just what we wanted for an easy stay. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable, and the staff spoke English and were super helpful. The bed was medium-firm and the pillows were puffy. The hotel is a one-minute walk from the station, and Google Maps helps you figure out which exit it's just outside of. In the double room, space is tight if you bring a lot of luggage.
