Right by Yokohama Station, with direct access to the station and malls from B1, and plenty of food and shopping nearby. The club lounge served a good breakfast and dinner, with a nice range of drinks. Staff made the stay easy: reception were friendly and helpful, stored our bags while the room was being prepared, and housekeeping kept the room in great shape. It’s a really nice hotel.
10/10
Breakfast was delicious every day, and the room was comfortable with a lovely view. The hotel is right across from Yokohama station, with malls and good places to eat close by. Minato Mirai is about a 10-minute walk, while Shibuya and other Tokyo hotspots take around 30 minutes by train. I had a really good stay here.
8/10
The rooms were well appointed, and the staff were friendly. My only reservation was the quality of the food and other items in the Sheraton Club, which seemed a bit low to me.
10/10
The breakfast was the best I’ve had, and the club lounge was comfortable with good food. Getting around was easy too: the hotel is within walking distance of Yokohama station via the underground shopping streets, and connects to department stores, restaurants, and markets. My room was large, clean, and very well kept. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.
8/10
The biggest draw is how close it is to Yokohama station, about a two-minute walk. The building is nearing 30 years old, though, and nearby hotels have more modern, fresher interiors. Also, using the pool costs extra. We were told the fitness and pool facilities are run separately from the hotel, with one-day access priced at 2,200 yen.
