The food was really good, and the staff were very friendly, even if English wasn't their strong suit. I came with a tour group about a year ago. The place is old, but I enjoyed my stay. It was also very quiet, with hardly any other visitors around at that time of year.

The hot spring water felt so smooth, and the whole stay was quiet, comfortable, and surprisingly nice. There were so few people that we even had the 8th floor bath to ourselves. The room was roomy, with 12 tatami mats, and there was a massage chair in the bath area. Downstairs, they had free drinks and donuts, and you could pick your own amenities and yukata. Great value if you like hot springs.

The room was clean, had an ocean view, and even came with a bathroom, which made bathing with our little one feel easy. We came for our first trip with our one-year-old, and the gentle manager checked us in. At dinner there was only one waiter on duty for various reasons, but he was still thoughtful and kind to our child. The welcome donuts, unlimited coffee machine and drinks bar were great, and our child could wear the 80cm yukata, which made a nice keepsake. Thanks, we'd like to stay again if we're in the area.
