The rooms are good, but the staff were rude and the customer service was poor. I ended up arguing with the reception staff just to get help with one of the sockets. Such a letdown.

It’s easy to reach from the highway, but the manager and front office attendants were so rude. The secretary was rude too. I spent the night there and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I tried three different rooms, and the same thing happened in each one: when using the washroom, the water would sit there instead of draining.

The rooms were clean, and the price was super affordable. We even got breakfast for free. I loved the place, and if you need an affordable stay in Kilifi, it should impress you.

Fresh food, a beautiful pool, and everything was very clean.
