Airport Landing Hotel

The hotel is on Airport North Road in Nairobi and offers good value for its location. Its spacious, comfortable rooms were well maintained, and the food was tasty and affordable. Staff were excellent, with the receptionist and manager especially helpful, including with airport transport. Management also went out of its way to assist during stressful travel or relocation arrangements. It’s one of the better airport hotels I’ve stayed in.

I’ve been coming here for nearly seven years, and Nancy makes sure guests are well looked after. The food is great, and they offer airport pickup and drop-off. It’s about ten minutes from the airport, which is especially convenient for my early morning flights.

I came to Nairobi to collect my dogs before flying them to our new home, and the whole process was stressful. The hotel doesn’t usually accept pets, but the team made a special exception and opened the basement so we could keep our dogs and two cats there. Every staff member, from security and cleaning to the restaurant, was brilliant. The receptionist was wonderful, though I can’t remember her name, and the Manager came to speak with us and helped book a truck to take all the animals to the airport. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and really nice. I don’t know how the Manager motivates the staff, but they all went out of their way to help us. For the price and location, it can’t be beaten. It’s probably the best airport hotel I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. I’d give it six out of five if I could. Thanks for everything.

I stayed one night after landing at 6:00am on 14th October 2025, then had a flight on 15th Oct 2025 and needed to check out at 3:00am. They still provided me with breakfast at 3:30am, and it felt like being at home. The hotel was secure around the clock, and everything I needed was nearby. My first impression was overwhelming: the room was clean and tidy, the welcome was excellent, and the food was the best. Five stars from me.
