Emara Ole-sereni Hotel

The gala dinner for the Cardano community during the Africa Tech Summit in Nairobi was a great evening. Innovators, builders, and ecosystem leaders from Africa and beyond came together, and the atmosphere felt inspiring. EMARA Ole-Sereni – City Hotel by the Game Park made an excellent venue, with outstanding hospitality, ambiance, and service. The vantage view gave the gathering an extra memorable touch. It was a comfortable, professional setting for networking, celebrating innovation, and meeting people from the global blockchain community. Events like this show how valuable spaces for international technology gatherings can be. I'd highly recommend EMARA Ole-Seren

We hosted a 450-person gathering at Ole Sereni Hotel, and everything went smoothly. Amit Sharma, the team manager, was efficient and worked incredibly hard. Shadrack and Dennis, the event managers, were supportive and ready to help throughout. Everyone left smiling. Great work from the whole team! 👏

26th Dec,2025... The place is beautiful and fulfilling, but the restaurant service was a real letdown. On my first visit, I was anxious to try the food, yet we had to keep looking for waiters whenever we needed anything. We eventually left without tasting a thing. I still don't understand why we were ignored like that. For restaurant service, my score is 0/0. Disappointed 😞

We were excited to book a short Valentine's stay, but now we're just waiting to check out. The deal came with very little attention, and it wasn't cheap. The rooms are basic, with no smart TV, and the balcony was so dusty it left footprints when you walked on it. We asked for wine glasses and help with mirror casting five hours ago, followed up twice, and still no technician or glasses. The minibar drinks were below average for a hotel of this caliber. I've paid less for more before. Maybe my expectations were too high, or customer satisfaction is a foreign concept here. And the restaurant, under supervisor Martin, was another struggle. We spent the whole dinner asking for service. Once they confirm payment, it feels like you're on your own.
