There's plenty happening around the area. The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean.

I booked a room, then arrived ten hours later and was told to wait while they cleaned it. The service is something else, honestly 🚮

Right in the heart of Nairobi city, with a shower and a king-size bed. It's cheap, so it can work for budget travelers, but don't expect great cleanliness or a particularly comfortable night's sleep.

The rooms were clean and the location impressed me, but my stay was spoiled by the night receptionist on 25th August 2024. They answered my questions in a condescending way and weren't helpful, which left me feeling unwelcome. A little courtesy would help guests feel valued. I hope management deals with this, because it affected my experience quite a bit.

The room and bedsheets were dirty, and when I asked for fresh sheets they refused. It was overpriced too, and they really need to improve the hygiene. There was also an electric shock from the shower opener when the hot shower was on. They should fix that. Thank you.
