Grace welcomed us warmly at reception, and the rest of the reception staff were very kind. Our room was comfortable, with a large bed, and breakfast was outstanding for the price. There’s also a road connecting to the Nairobi-Nakuru highway that lets you avoid Nakuru town and the CBD. A good place to stay.

It’s easy to get to from Nakuru town, with friendly staff and excellent service. The food was high quality, and the place was clean.

The catering and secure, ample parking made the five-day seminar at Eastmark Hotel easier for everyone. Meals were excellent every day, with varied dishes prepared to a high standard for different dietary preferences. The dining staff were prompt and courteous. For the sessions, the main hall had plenty of space, comfortable seating, and reliable audiovisual equipment. Lighting was balanced, the air conditioning kept the room comfortable during long talks, and the breakout rooms worked well for smaller discussions. The conference facilities were strong, though I can’t speak to other aspects of a hotel stay.

Rates in Nakuru were great, and I was pleasantly surprised by the clean, nicely decorated rooms. They’re well designed and a good size, and the staff were friendly. Well done!

I enjoyed the experience overall. One thing that could be better: after each meal, the waiters were slow to clear the tables, so we ended up putting our soup bowls and main course plates on empty tables.
