We had hippos and crocodiles in view all week from this tented camp right on the Mara River. Sentinel Mara Camp was the best. Our guide Dominic took us on wonderful game drives, where we saw lots of lions, cheetah hunts, plains animals, seven kinds of eagles, plenty of other birds and more. Service from the staff was excellent, and dinners were delicious. When I come back to the Mara for safari, this is where I'll stay.

We visited in Feb. 2023 and were amazed by the experience. Even the drive from the airport to camp with our guide, Dominic, had us marvelling at how many animals we saw and how close we got. The week was relaxing, elegant and educational, and we loved it all. The food was incredible, and the staff and service were exceptional. At first we called it a once in a lifetime trip, but we're coming back!

A lovely, small-scale and authentic safari camp, with attentive staff. The tents sit by the Mara river, close to the air strip.
