The staff were lovely, and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good variety, and getting into the city was easy with a Yandex ride.

The rooms were really clean and spacious, and the staff were very polite and accommodating. Edik and Altanai went out of their way to make us feel at home. Thanks to the whole team!

The staff are super friendly and do their best to help. There are a few things the hotel could improve: put a mini bar in the room, provide more than two small bottles of water, and move the sink into the bathroom. Also, a proper double bed would be better than two singles pushed together and passed off as one. At breakfast, a live station for freshly made eggs would help, since the eggs don’t stay fresh even when kept warm. It’s a good hotel overall.

The breakfast was tasty, though coffee costs extra. The hotel is small, the crew were super friendly and helpful, and the value for money was the best we’d had in a long time.

The location wasn’t ideal, but taxis made getting around easy. For a great price, you get modern, well-equipped rooms with nice decor in a relatively new hotel.
