I spent eleven days at the Astor and had a fantastic time. Iroda treated me very well and really went above and beyond. I’d definitely return and recommend the hotel to family and friends.

The room had a thick, dusty carpet and shabby interior, and the breakfast was very basic and bad. Service was a minus: no help with luggage at all. The spa wasn’t fully working, and she didn’t seem to care. It cost 20€ for two hours.

6/10
The staff were friendly, but this older hotel is a bit dirty and not really close to the center. My window looked onto someone else’s clothes. Breakfast was simple.

2/10
The room felt old and the staff weren’t very friendly. It’s also strange that using the spa or pool costs extra, since Agoda doesn’t mention that.

10/10
The staff were sweet, the rooms spacious, and the beds comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday.
