Garden Hotel & SPA

The room was great and kept clean and tidy. Staff service had its snags: after checkout, they said we needed to pay for something, then realized it wasn't our room number. Communication was difficult because English isn't their main language. The pace of life here is slow. Almost every time I waited for the lift, I missed it because a room service trolley was taking up all the space. Maybe the room service staff could use a separate lift lobby. I was only here for a layover, so I can't really judge the location, but there are decent supermarkets nearby.

The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I've had at a hotel, and it really sets this place apart. The rooms were very clean and quite good, and I loved staying here. There are lots of supermarkets and Turkish restaurants nearby. One small suggestion: use reusable bottles or 1 litre bottles instead of 500ml ones to cut down on so much plastic waste. I'd highly recommend this place for a stay in Bishkek.

I was there for a week and ate at the restaurant for most of my breakfasts and lunches. The chef was phenomenal, with impressive flavors and portions every time, and breakfast had plenty of choices for visitors from different cultures. The fitness center, sauna, and massage services were also exceptional. My room was quiet, clean, and as comfortable as you'd expect from a five-star hotel. Garden Hotel and Spa is about 20 minutes from the city center, but it was worth the trip, especially with Yandexgo for taxis. I recommend it to people visiting Bishkek.

The rooms were quite good, with views toward the mountains and the main road. Breakfast was the highlight for me: lots of food and meat to choose from, and on par with what you'd find at a 4- or 5-star hotel.
