Pristine Hotel

Getting around and exploring the area was easy from this location. The hotel felt calm and pleasant, and everything was well organized. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were professional, very friendly, and ready to help whenever we asked. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

I really recommend Pristine Hotel for exploring Bishkek. It’s a short walk to plenty of fancy restaurants and Globus, the best supermarket in Kyrgyzstan, though the hotel itself is somewhat apart from the city centre. The ethnic design gives it an authentic local feel, and the lobby, rooms, and towels were sparkling clean. There’s no TV, which didn’t bother me, but it would be nice to have one after a long day out. The receptionist and kitchen staff were welcoming. Breakfast starts at 8am, but they prepared it early for both of the 2 days we stayed, which I’m grateful for. It’s simple, with generous portions and different foods on different days. I liked having a bidet, though its water pressure was quite low. The shower pressure was excellent, but the shower head was too high and couldn’t be adjusted. One night I came back to find my room hadn’t been cleaned, even though I’d put the “please make up my room” sign on the door. I think the housekeeping staff was absent. Apart from that, I was very pleased with Pristine Hotel.

I’ve stayed here twice and was happy both times. It’s new, clean, and quiet, with parking spaces. Breakfast is pretty good, and the staff were always super friendly. Props to Pristine Hotel and everyone working there.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and they even celebrated my birthday, making the night extra special. Pristine Hotel has a warm, cozy, family cabin feel that made me feel at home. One of the most beautiful nights I’ve had. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it.🤍
