The garden and beach area were really nice, and breakfast was decent. We booked the four-bed suite, which had a large balcony looking out at the lake and mountains. The room was otherwise okay, but the mattresses felt hard. In the bathroom, the towel bar was missing and the fan seemed close to giving out. If I come back to Cholpan Ata, I’d consider staying there again.

The rooms feel new and were clean. They have showers and bidets in the toilets, plus access to the lake’s sandy beach and a bridge over the water.

The property was quiet and nicely kept, with lots of flowers around the grounds. We had a clean superior double room, an above-average comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom. It’s close to the beach too. Breakfast could use more variety. We had the same plated meal for four days in a row, and a buffet with different options would be better. The bathroom also needs updated equipment, including a hair dryer and other fittings. Still, it was a pleasant stay.

I’m on a 15 days tour of Kyrgyzstan, and after last night here I really didn’t feel like leaving. The location is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the garden and beach are amazing. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable. I’d love to come back and stay here again.

The beach is lovely for children, with fresh, shallow water, and the location is excellent. The hotel can provide three meals a day, which is a great option for moms traveling with kids. Recommended.
