I’m sorry to everyone who had a bad experience here. My grandmother owns the hotel and mostly focuses on selling rooms. I can share that she’s considering a renovation, though I’m only her grandson and can’t make decisions about the hotel myself.

The building is very old, and the room, mattress, pillows, and towels were dirty. I wouldn’t give it even one star.

The place feels neglected and run down. The underground parking was really dusty, the lift was broken, and my bathroom door had no lock. The TV looked ancient, the room smelled like wet underwear, and the bed creaked whenever I moved. It was a bad stay. I’d avoid it at all costs.

An air-conditioned double room costs $11 a night and has a fridge, TV, chair, and table. The place is okay, but nothing special, and the service was only adequate. Most guests seemed to be Khmer people rather than foreigners. Room quality is hit or miss, so check before settling in. My first room had rain coming through the window and left the floor wet. The rooms also didn’t seem very clean.
