The $15 a night for two beds with air conditioning seemed fair, as long as everything worked. It didn't. Our first room was boiling hot because the AC barely worked, and the replacement was a little cooler but still stuffy. The bathroom drain was clogged too. I hope they check the facilities, and add a trash bin to the room instead of having one only in the bathroom.

The internet was very good, and the road beside the hotel was quiet. The rooms are simply decorated, and the parking is average, though it's close to the hotel. There are 45 rooms in all. Rates are $15 a night for two beds, or $25 for one VIP bed, with no breakfast. The towel was dirty, there was just one AC outlet with two ports, and the lobby felt hot and cramped.

I’ve stayed at a few places in Kg Thom, and this hotel is my favorite. The rooms are a good size, clean, and free of bugs, with decent AC and relatively fast WiFi. It’s good value and handy for the city center and places to eat, including The Third Place Coffee shop, just a three-minute walk away. Google lists it as a hostel, but it’s a hotel.

The customer service was really poor.
