The location is good and the rooms are spacious, with the basics like AC, a water heater, kettle and TV. The decor was clean and neat, though the wardrobe and cabinets were damaged. What really bothered me was the number of mosquitoes and small cockroaches. I killed around seven or eight mosquitoes and three cockroaches in the room. The front desk didn't seem to consider it a problem and wouldn't give me insecticide. I hope management pays attention and addresses it.

Our family of five got a room with three big beds and loads of space, and it was really comfortable and great value. The building itself is lovely and centrally located.

The manager was careful to honor the room type I selected when booking, which I appreciated. Our room was spacious and clean, with a fridge. Only some rooms have a safe. I couldn't get hot water, though that wasn't a big deal in the heat. You can hire a motorbike here, with some costing $5 and others $8 per day.

The front desk staff were very helpful, and it was good value for money. The room felt luxurious and Western-style, and the location made it easy to walk into central Kampot, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. There were lots of ants in my room when I moved in, but staff dealt with them and it got better toward the end of my stay. The shower was broken but still usable. Out front, the dirt road was awful in rainy weather, and just getting through the gate left my feet muddy. The cleaning staff also handled my belongings inappropriately and seemed unprofessional.

Right in the center but very peaceful. The room was roomy and clean, the bed firm but comfortable, and the shower was great. Reception can arrange motorbike rental for $5 a day.
