Romano Hotel

The room was clean and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I forgot a T-shirt last week, but they found it and kept it for me. That kind of loyalty means a lot.

The place feels very new, and the service is great. It’s a really nice family hotel because of the pool. Don’t listen to the one negative comment, people are having fun and enjoying their vacation.

The staff were all super friendly, helpful, and great at service. The facilities are modern and new, and both rooms I stayed in, one single and one double bed room, were clean and great. The pools work well for adults and children of different ages.

We had planned to stay ten nights, but left after two. We returned to the Romano Hotel after a year and were shocked by how much had gone downhill. The large pool was full of algae; when I told reception, they looked at it and said it was cleaned daily and everything was normal. On Saturday, buses brought in lots of families and children who partied at the pool until night. They unloaded plenty of food and beer, pushed tables together, and played music. There are 10 wooden loungers with no cushions. When I asked about cushions, I was handed a bath towel and told it would be enough. Early in the morning, chairs start moving in the rooms next door and upstairs. If you want a quiet room and a clean pool, this isn’t the place. The cheap double bed room is tiny, while the larger double bed room is overpriced at $40 via Agoda.
