Dated 25/01/2023 The room I stayed in was on the 29th floor, and at $34 a night the Diamond Twin Towers Apartments gave me one of the best experiences I've had. It was easily the best hotel and apartment stay in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. There was a real sand beach with palms around a swimming pool, plus a large infinity pool on the 7th floor looking out over the city. The gardens, surroundings, and day and night views of Phnom Penh were beautiful, and I think it's the best location in the city. I'm very critical of hotels in my YouTube videos and try to find faults, but I couldn't find a single one here. The location is good and the room is nice for the low price, but the hassle wasn't worth it for me. The place is disorganized: you arrive at the lobby and find nobody there, since check-in is actually on the 7th floor, with no sign downstairs pointing you there. The rooms are advertised with full kitchens, but there's nothing in them: no utensils, pots, or dishes. They also charged me twice by mistake. The staff seemed undertrained and weren't very helpful.
