The location worked well for exploring nearby places, and the park is a nice spot to relax and watch the fox bats fly at 6 pm. The hotel itself is quite nice for the price, though it's outside the center. The shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water, and breakfast was pretty good, with coffee and tea included. Noise was the biggest problem: the school across the street played loud music and noisy instruments at 7 every morning. Our room was also darker than expected. We chose one described as having a garden view, but the window actually faced an outside corridor, so we kept the curtains closed for privacy. We didn't ask to switch rooms, so that's on us, maybe. The pillows were hard and too thick, the worst part of the room. I'd recommend it if noise and bed comfort aren't deal breakers for you.

My seventh-floor room was quiet and had a great view. The place looked like the photos and felt like really good value. It was very clean, with friendly staff, a comfortable bed and pillows, a fridge, TV with Netflix, strong Wi-Fi, good air conditioning, and a nice shower. Funny bathroom setup, though: there's a wall, but it only separates the shower from the sink. I'd definitely stay again when I'm in Phnom Penh.

My wife and I have stayed here many times. The beds are super comfortable, it's modern and clean, and it's close to everything. Great value and highly recommended.
