Harmony Phnom Penh Hotel

The staff made the stay feel special, especially when they decorated our friend's room for his birthday and brought a cake. They were friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We also found the rooms spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the hotel seemed well cared for. Its central spot made it easy to get to bars, restaurants, and entertainment on foot, whether we were heading out in the day or at night. There can be a strong fish smell from the market just outside when you turn right from the entrance. It wasn't a deal-breaker, and turning left gets you around it. We had a fantastic time and would recommend it to people visiting Phnom Penh.

We really liked the rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant. The infinity pool and hot spa face the river, with city views on both sides, probably among the best in Phnom Penh. The buffet breakfast was fresh and clean, and had an espresso machine and an egg station. The rooms feel luxe and are very comfortable, with balconies looking down on the activity in the street. The bed was quite hard, and now and then there was a faint smell from the wet market below. Still, I highly recommend the hotel.

Breakfast on the second floor was lovely, especially the omelettes. The room was huge, though the shower and toilet area is up a couple of tiled steps that get very slippery when wet. The shower was often cold and much too powerful, and the glass door didn't give me as much privacy as I'd like. The shared spaces are smart, and the pool, bar, and restaurant on the 11th floor have an amazing river view. Some staff came across a bit abrupt and off at times.

The rooftop is the best part, with a pool, bar, restaurant, and a great view across the city. The staff were all kind and helpful. Our room was good, although the outlook was mostly over other buildings' roofs. Breakfast was fair. The location worked well near the river, and on weekends the main road closes for a street food market.
