Last year I booked a room and it was okay, but this yearβs stay was disappointing. The room and shower were quite filthy. The breakfast chef was rude, and their bad attitude ruined the day for my partner and me. I broke the shower glass door and had to go to a nearby clinic to get bandaged, but the hotel owner didnβt even bother to show up. They also couldnβt find my booking details in their system. Every staff member seemed confused and unsure what they were doing.

The location was convenient, yet it still felt peaceful and private, which made it easy to relax. My room at Sethy Boutique Hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and prepared with care, and the whole place felt elegant and welcoming. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Each interaction felt polished and showed great hospitality. The stay exceeded my expectations, with comfort, style, and top-level service. Iβd happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for that kind of experience.
