The location is the main drawback for us. It's a couple of kilometers from the busy bars and restaurants we usually spend time around in Phnom Penh, and there's a very busy road outside. Once we were inside, though, the traffic didn't bother us at all. We stayed two nights and found the hotel spotless and very well kept. The reception and interior are spacious, with a lift up to our room on the 7th floor. It's a large place with an old-fashioned feel, but it didn't seem tired. Breakfast is on the 9th floor, where there's also a sky bar with a lovely city view at night. Apart from the location, it was a nice place to stay.

We used the Wi-Fi for work during our two-week stay. It was stable most of the time, with just one or two outages of about 30 minutes. We liked the helpful, very nice staff, and the free breakfast was mostly the same each day, which didn't bother us. The hotel also has a mini gym, pool, restaurant, and ATM. We extended our stay a few times because it had what we needed. Its location is the weak point: convenience stores, malls, and restaurants aren't close by. The river view we used to have is now blocked by an empty shop lot as tall as the hotel. Still, it's a good place to stay.

Nothing special about the breakfast, and the hotel itself was average. They also take a cash deposit equal to one night's room rate. Our room had no windows.

This is my usual hotel in Phnom Penh. It's comfortable, clean, well priced, and in a good location. The rooftop view at sunrise is fantastic.

The pool area was a lovely place to spend an afternoon, and the rooms were really clean. Staff were excellent throughout our wonderful stay. Breakfast offered Western or Asian food, plus eggs made to order.
