Long Live Hotel

The staff were fine, though I felt they had a bit of an attitude. In my room, which had three beds and cost over 30, the floor hadn't been cleaned properly. There were dead cockroaches and other insects, with ants crawling around. The bathroom looked decent, but the shower barely had any water coming out. For something called a hotel, the experience was terrible. Even on a budget, I wouldn't recommend it when there are plenty of nearby hotels that are much better and cost around 20 or more affordably.

The garden was lovely, and the air conditioning worked well. We stayed with a nice family in a small place with only a few rooms, near the centre of siem reap. Our room was clean, and breakfast was provided every day. The woman at reception did everything she could to help, even calling our guide when he was late. We recommend staying here.

It's a very central spot, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and there's secure parking underneath. The guards are at the door around the clock. The rooms are simple, but clean, air-conditioned, and have a hot shower to soothe my bones. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a complimentary breakfast. Other meals are reasonably priced and cooked to order. The girls will also do your laundry for a small fee. This is my home away from home when I'm in Phnom Penh. The owners have always been happy to accommodate my requests. A good option for a cost-conscious family.

There’s a small market nearby, along with some nice restaurants and bars, and a fabulous pizzeria right next door. It’s quiet and good value, with breakfast included and daily cleaning. A nice place in Phnom Penh if you want to stay away from the busy, noisy riverfront, which is a 1.5 km walk.
