I stayed here many times during visits to Phnom Penh, before I moved here. The budget guesthouse is on st 178, handy for the Royal Palace, royal gardens, riverside, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Superior rooms are spread over four floors and there’s an elevator. They come with river views, wifi, a fridge with free water, aircon, cable tv, a work desk, and a separate bathroom with amenities.

The location puts you right in the middle of everything. Good standard, nice staff, and everything was clean. It’s pretty hard to find a nice room at that price.

It’s cheap, but the bed was uncomfortable and the linen and pillow were old. There’s no lift.
