We slept well, and our room had a comfortable bed, plenty of space, and a large closet. It wasn’t the room we’d booked, but it worked out fine. The WiFi was adequate. The hotel is cozy and quiet, with lots of seating in the bar area among lush greenery. Its best feature is the location, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just a few minutes away on foot. We’d stay again.

We booked this place to extend a hospital stay, but had to move rooms on the second night. The staff put us right in front of the restaurant and said it was the only room available, though that clearly wasn’t the case when we rebooked. We’d asked for a quiet room on our first booking, and ended up leaving early without using the rest of our stay. I found the staff very disrespectful when responding to criticism and reviews. They seem to blame customers instead of acknowledging the problem, as if guests should feel lucky to use their services. They might as well rename the budget double room “noisy restaurant room” if that’s how they’re going to handle it.

I accepted the refusal to cancel and showed up anyway, after asking to cancel my room and being told no. They had confirmed that refusal by email that same morning. Then by late afternoon, they’d rented the room to someone else and canceled my reservation. The staff acted as though it was normal to tell guests at the last minute. It felt completely unprofessional and nonchalant, as usual in Cambodia.

There are two adorable cats lounging in the common areas, which makes this the best hotel. Highly recommend for cat lovers traveling in Cambodia. 🐈
