The Snowbell Hotel & SPA @ The Bridge.

The view was nice and the location was good, but that’s about where the positives end. The room is run down, though I’m sure it was nice when new. The shower sprays everywhere, the water was cold in the morning, and the towels were dirty. Laundry and coffee service were overpriced. The staff were friendly, at least. I wouldn’t return. If you’re on a low budget, I might recommend it. After I posted my review, they left a funny comment suggesting I may have stayed at another property. I didn’t, so I’m attaching photos of your run-down place and its bad shower.

The quiet setting and convenient location made my stay relaxing, and I’d gladly come back. My room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and ready to help whenever I needed anything.

I’ve been here for over a month, and the experience has been extremely poor. The power keeps going out for no clear reason, and I’ve already changed rooms several times. Now my current room has lost power again. The front desk asked me to move, and I said I needed a little time to pack my things. But housekeeping stood at my door urging me to hurry. When I asked for a moment, she insulted me in Khmer and called me “crazy.” Does she think guests don’t understand Khmer? Is this how you treat someone staying long term? I’ll share what happened on social media and blacklist this hotel permanently.

The pool was lovely and the view was amazing. The rooms were clean, and the staff, especially at reception, were so accommodating. My experience overall was awesome.
