The staff made WM feel like home during my few months there. My family and I were always greeted warmly, and every area stayed spotless. It’s tucked away from the city’s hustle, with the amenities we’ve come to appreciate in or near the building: stunning views, a well-equipped gym, a magnificent infinity pool, a convenient small shop, and an indoor kids’ playground. My time at WM was beyond pleasant. I’ll return again and again. Thank you, WM. Akune 🙏🏿

The infinity pool is incredible, and the views over four rivers and across the river to the Royal Palace are fantastic. It’s a brand-new luxury condo tower and office complex.

Wealth Mansion is a new, top-tier luxury condominium building in Phnom Penh’s Chroy Changvar peninsular district. It has a fitness center, kids’ play area, skybar, infinity pool, pop-up art gallery, and a 24-hour receptionist. Parking is on the lower levels, offices and retail occupy floors 5 to 8, residences run from floors 9 to 36, and the hotel is on floors 36 to 41. The building officially opened in February 2024, and most of the project was expected to be finished by February 2025. It was developed by a large commercial real estate firm headquartered in Shanghai China. Units range from studios to three bedrooms, with one to three bathrooms and HVAC systems. Some corner units have wraparound balconies and breathtaking views. Prices range from $400-2000 USD and are negotiable. Five-star restaurants on the upper floors are planned for the future.

The place itself is nice, but the environment makes the experience bad. The service is poor: they didn’t send me my water bill for three months straight, even after I asked time and time again. I pay the management fee every month, yet the reception staff are arrogant and don’t seem to care. That’s the only reason I gave it one star.
