White Residence Hotel & Apartment

The service was bad, and my guest wasn't able to stay very long.

I left and found a better priced place less than a kilometre away, where I stayed for a week. Things worked out fine in the end, but I wouldn't recommend White Residence Hotel. The place and the people there suck big time. When I arrived, the hotel was filthy. The first room they showed me wasn't what I'd paid for, and after I said so they moved me to another room that also didn't match my booking. They refused to provide the room I'd reserved, so I cancelled and went elsewhere. Booking errors happen, but the staff's attitude and refusal to help sort out their mistake are what made me leave.

The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff are friendly. I had a Queen Room, which was on the small side. Breakfast is included from 7 to 11, with one a la carte dish to choose from. You need to order it the day before. I'd book when there are special offers. 🙏

Our room was dated compared with the photos and had no windows or bedside lights. The bathroom was okay, and the shower pressure was good. There’s a shared balcony outside, and the area isn't bad. Breakfast wasn't great. I guess you get what you pay for.
