Wooden Maple Hotel

I booked and prepaid through ivivu. com, but couldn't find Wooden Maple Hotel in the Soho building as shown on booking sites. Even the “staff” in room 33-60 said it had been Wooden hotel there before, but they didn't know where it was now. It feels like a scam. I'd suggest trying Snowbell on the 28th floor in the same building.

The whole experience with Agoda Apps and Wooden Maple hotel was bad. The final payment didn't match what I'd selected in the Agoda booking list, and I couldn't find any customer service phone number or email in the app. The hotel photos, including the reception, looked attractive, but when I arrived there was no reception or sign showing where to go. Bridge SoHo security eventually told us to go upstairs and look for it. The hotel name had changed to a Chinese company, but it was still called Wooden maple hotel, which seemed funny. The room smelled strongly, and there was no service at all.

It was dirty and smelled like cigarettes or urine, and the sheets had pee stains. Music from the KTV places outside was very noisy. The WiFi barely worked for half the time I was in the room. The TV was all in Chinese, so I could hardly watch it.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to couples or families. If you're on your own and want a dirty hotel with bad service, it might be perfect. They were short-staffed, and the room was dirty and smelly. It was large, but the shower room was very small and smelled bad. The bed hadn't been made for you.
