We joined the lodge's recommended elephant tour, a small local initiative that seemed genuinely committed to protecting the culture and environment of the minority community. It gave our stay a meaningful, authentic touch. We also had one dinner and two breakfasts. The food was simple and enjoyable, and the view made those meals especially nice. The staff were so kind and made us feel at home. We were the only guests while we were there, which made the peaceful, nature-filled setting feel even more special. Sometimes nature even finds its way into the room! We had a great time and preferred it to some flashier nearby resorts, which made us wonder about their long-term effect on the surroundings. The property could use some maintenance and freshening up, though. If you're after a quiet stay immersed in nature, it's worth considering.

My kids loved the rustic feel and had lots of room to play, which is why I didn't give it a 3. It's also inexpensive, so I thought it was good value. The setting is lovely, with wildlife, views, and plenty of space, and the cabins have a quaint charm. But the place has seen better days. It was a bit grimy, some fixtures need replacing, and the pool needs repairs and a clean. The food was average and slow, and it feels like nature is taking Nature Lodge back. It's a charming place if your expectations are low.

It's a beautiful, relaxing place, and the pool area has been renovated along with some of the rooms. The staff are very accommodating, and the restaurant food is quite decent. They offer elephant tours too, though we had something else booked and didn't go.

I loved seeing the horses here. It's a relaxing place to stay, with good food. The staff know the surrounding area well and can help you book outings.

The foliage makes the place really beautiful, but the service isn't worth the price. None of the outlets worked, and the shower ran out of hot water quickly. We stayed one night, then moved to another place at the same price with much better service.
