The hotel is very clean and well located, but I left disappointed because it calls itself a 4-star hotel. To me, it's more like a 2-star, and the price and expectations should match that. The room was average overall, with a mediocre bed and worn towels, one of which had a hole in the middle. The shower temperature kept changing. Breakfast didn't start until 7, even though online it was described as starting at 6 or 6:30. I'd skip the continental breakfast and buy something better.

The location works well for most trips around the city, though personally I don't like the area around Pub Street. The staff were nothing special, just doing their jobs. The room was okay, but the bathroom smelled of sewage, cleaning wasn't very thorough, and water leaked from the pipe under the sink. Thanks for reading.

Everything was within walking distance, which made the stay really convenient. The beds were comfortable, the pool was lovely, and breakfast was amazing and free. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming.

We stayed a week and loved it. The breakfast was very good, and the room was spotless and really big. It's on a side street, so it was quiet, but still only a short walk from all the action.

When I realized at the hotel that my luggage was still at the airport, I panicked because I only had my cabin bag with me. July madam quickly arranged a taxi, and I was able to get my things back. She was so generous and helpful. The room was clean, neat, spacious, and very good too. Thanks again to July madam for helping me. I strongly recommend staying here in Siem Reap.
