Heritage Suites Hotel

After a full day exploring temples, sitting down with a well-made cocktail and live jazz at the bar was a lovely way to unwind. The band was truly amazing and brought a relaxed, classy feel to the evening. It made a simple drink at the bar feel like a whole cultural experience. Amazing hotel.

We came for Christmas with my parents, and the staff even arranged a birthday surprise for me at our Christmas dinner, a few days after my birthday had passed. The band sang, and they brought out a specially plated cake. Their service was top notch throughout. They helped with all our questions, even finding a pharmacy that had the medication my mother had forgotten to pack. After checkout, my husband and I waited a few hours for our sleeper bus, and the staff offered complimentary tea and use of the spa showers so we could freshen up. The hotel is close enough to town for a quick tuk-tuk ride, but far enough from the bustle of pub street for a peaceful stay. Everything was amazing. I can’t give this place enough stars.

The food was delicious, the design beautiful, and everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. I loved the gentle natural aromas and the attention to detail in each uniquely named room, along with the incredibly kind, helpful staff. My private bungalow and its own pool made for a blissful stay. The location is convenient for the main attractions and lovely walks along the river, while being outside the busy city center. It felt like a peaceful hidden paradise. I’m so glad I found it, and when I return to Cambodia, I know I’ll stay here again.

Every person on staff was friendly and helpful, whatever their role, and they made our stay so pleasurable. We especially want to thank Phyrun (‘rain god’), Makara, and Sinat, who seemed to be on shift for most of our eight nights. Their help and constant smiles meant a lot. Heritage Suites is a lovely hotel with great amenities and a very comfortable room. We’ve just had a delightful stay.
