Long-term renters should be aware that the electricity bill can be astronomically high, and you’re required to pay the full amount. Our stay was really stressful. Every month we were charged an outrageous amount that didn’t make any sense.

We spent two months here and it felt like a delightful home away from home, a comfortable place for a short or long stay. The apartments have well-equipped kitchens, balconies facing the front garden or pool, and housekeeping is provided. There’s WiFi across the property, a pool with fresh towels each day, and an air-conditioned gym overlooking the water. The setting is peaceful and convenient, just off Wat Bo Rd on St. 26, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. Tevys Place is across Wat Bo Rd on 26 St. The building has one- and two-bedroom units over three levels, with stairs only and no elevator. The white exterior and fresh, modern design are lovely, and the landscaped grounds are beautifully kept, with shaped trees and shrubs. There’s a security gate and the staff are friendly. Mr. Piseth, the property manager, was a great help with all our questions. He knows the area well and is the person to ask. Thanks for all your help. Hope to see you again in November, 2019! Big rooms, a big pool and awesome service. This is the best hotel in siem reap, and I’ll come back every holiday. It should be 5 star.

We spent 8 days here and really enjoyed the quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The pool was nice, and the air conditioning was cold, which was always welcome after looking around the temples.
