The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had spacious rooms and a great location. It was next to a school, so there was constant noise, but that’s to be expected in the city center and it didn’t bother us. The gym and pool were good. The hot water lasted only five minutes and the TV didn’t work. Restaurant meals were decent, not amazing, and both the food and massages were extremely overpriced. It also seemed to me that the owners weren’t taking proper care of their staff. Mostly a good stay, though there are things to improve.

We booked our tours through the front desk, and everything went perfectly. Mr Tom arranged them around what we wanted and shared his knowledge in clear, slow English, taking his time and checking if we had questions. Our driver, Mr Len, was careful and safe, with a good sense of humor. They’re also known as Tom & Jerry, and I highly recommend them for tours and outings in Siam Reap. The hotel itself is in a great location, yet quiet and surrounded by nature. The entry feels peaceful after the bustle of travel, and the gardens, breakfast area, pool, and rooms are all relaxing.

The breakfast was perfect, especially the tasty Eggs Benedict. We ate by the pool in a beautiful setting, surrounded by greenery and lots of flowers. The pool area itself is really relaxing, with lounge chairs. Our spacious room looked over the pool and had a huge, comfortable bed, plus complimentary fruit. The staff were warm, kind, always smiling, and eager to help. We really enjoyed our stay.

A peaceful haven close enough to town to walk to, though well away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are massive, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the pool is lovely, even if it doesn’t get sunshine all day. Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved staying here and highly recommend it.
