Seeing the students learning and working here was the most inspiring part for me. It's a serious, beautiful project that helps young Cambodians in need, so do stop for a meal and support it if you can. I spent two nights at Salami Bai Hotel, had breakfast and lunch, and definitely recommend it. The rooms are very comfortable and stylish, and both the food and service were fantastic. I had the best luk lak in Siem Reap here.

Sala Baï is a hotel with an inspiring purpose: it trains underprivileged young people for hospitality work. You can see the students' dedication in how professional, polite, and helpful they are. The rooms are modern, beautiful, and spotless, and we had a fantastic meal at the restaurant, with food quality that could match top hotels. It's in a peaceful spot, a short tuk-tuk ride from the center. Highly recommend supporting the program while enjoying 5-star service.

A friend and I had lunch at Sala Bai today, October 29th, and it was such a treat. The food was fabulous, the service outstanding, and the staff warm, attentive, and engaging. I was especially impressed by the idea of training students and giving them a route into meaningful, long-term careers. It feels like a real win-win. I highly recommend dining here. The city center is very close, though the hotel itself is quiet. We found the services excellent value for money and were welcomed by students who were friendly and very professional. We recommend staying at Sala Bai.
