The staff were outstanding, and the hotel itself is good. We tried the Brazilian buffet: the salad bar was great and the meat looked really good, but it wasn't very tender. The beach isn't suitable for swimming, unfortunately. I'd recommend staying for no more than 2-3 nights.

The room was lovely, and I want to thank Mr. Jessy Ms.Thavry, Guest Relations Manager, Mr. Ravoth supervisor, and the whole team for the room upgrade and all their help. They gave us such a warm welcome that we felt right at home.

The beds and pillows were super comfortable, the food was delicious, and the service was great. There's a beautiful pool, beach, and ocean view, and it's a wonderful place for families with kids. The pool bar had too many people smoking, though. A non-smoking bar would make it even better, since we wanted to enjoy the fresh air and natural feel.

The room was nice and the bed very comfortable, but noise from clubs outside and traffic kept me from sleeping through the night. The pool area has a good view, although there was a strong bad smell from the sea or nearby sewage.

The wait staff at the buffet were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. Everyone on the team was friendly and extremely helpful, and Cholsa made check-in and check-out stress-free. Mr Ayub personally welcomed my family and me to his amazing Novotel. The hotel was immaculate and warm and inviting from the moment we walked in, with a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. Our clean, spacious room had a very comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking either the city or the ocean. Thank you to Novotel Sihanoukville for a memorable, enjoyable stay, and to Mr Ayub for having such a wonderful team.
