The common area was so dirty that I couldn't even use the bathroom, it was disgusting. I booked through Agoda and had already paid, but they told me they wouldn't accept online bookings. Worst experience!

The bed seemed itchy, and there was a strange old mold smell. Before checking in, I asked reception to double-check the room's cleanliness, but it still hadn't been cleaned well. It was full of mosquitoes, with flies too, and I killed countless ones but more kept appearing, so I couldn't sleep. The night receptionist kept playing games on his phone. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Do not stay here!

The room had a strange jasmine scent that I think was used to cover up a bad smell, and it wasn't pleasant. It was quite big, though. We got a discount because it's usually expensive. We were only there while waiting for a boat to Koh Rong that never came. I'd probably stay here again.

A newly opened hotel in Sihanouk Ville, with nice, clean, spacious rooms and a sea view I really liked. It's beside Furi Mall and New beach, and the price is reasonable. Recommended!

The room was spacious and had a decent bathroom. Staff were very friendly, and the location is convenient, close to the speedboat pier.
