Being close to the marina was the only real plus. The apartment was hot and humid, and the washing machine didn’t work properly. One shower had only hot water, the other only cold. It wasn’t very clean, and there wasn’t much equipment for cooking. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The private patios had lovely views, with mountains just behind us and the ocean out front. The beach was nearby for an afternoon cool down, and the bus stop right outside made it easy to get into town. It felt local, away from the tourist traps, and the boatyard was only a two minute walk, which was perfect while we worked on the boat. Karen was welcoming and the space was clean, with all the amenities we needed. It was a great place to relax and felt like home. Thanks, Karen. We’ll be back in a few months when we haul the boat!

Brimstone View was clean, and we were delighted with our stay. The host was great, and it’s especially handy if you’re working on a boat next door.
