Archieve 4H hotel Busan

For the price we paid when booking, I expected more. It's a basic hotel, which is fine, but the rate felt too steep for what you get. The room was okay, though the layout was odd and awkward to move around in, and the beds were average. They do leave free water daily, which is nice. The location is decent, but you'll need the train to reach Busan's more popular areas.

Jin Soo at the front desk was amazing: patient, helpful, spoke excellent English, and always had a smile. He's a real asset to the hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the Subway. The hotel itself is nice, but the room layout was strange. There was a huge flat screen TV in the kitchen area, but no comfortable place to sit. The kitchen had no utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, pots, or pans. It felt like the kitchen was just for show, as though they wanted guests to eat at the hotel restaurant instead of cooking in the room.

The coworking space closes at 9:30, and the rooms are really inconvenient. There’s a menu in the room, but nothing works, and there aren’t any charging outlets by the bed.

Halfway through breakfast this morning, a waitress came over and suddenly told us to move to another room because they needed this one for a meeting. I felt really uncomfortable and thought it was rude, especially since nobody had warned me beforehand. I’d already told the front desk they didn’t understand English very well, so the whole thing was really strange.
